Tax identification number: B43324466
Address: Carretera València T-331, km 20.7, 43517 Tortosa (Tarragona), Spain

You may send any question or request concerning your personal data to the email address above.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following categories of data:

  • identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and billing or delivery addresses;
  • the content of enquiries and other communications you have with us;
  • order, delivery, billing, returns, and after-sales service data;
  • information required to manage payment. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by this website;
  • technical and browsing data, such as your IP address, browser, device, and cookie identifiers, when required for security or when you have consented to the corresponding cookies.

The data comes directly from you when you submit an enquiry, create an account, or place an order, as well as from technical information generated while you use the website.

3. Why do we use the data and what is the legal basis?

  • Handling enquiries and requests: we manage your message and reply on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
  • Managing accounts, orders, and after-sales service: we process purchases, payments, deliveries, returns, and related communications because this is necessary to take pre-contractual steps or perform the contract.
  • Complying with legal obligations: we retain and process accounting, tax, billing, and other information required by public authorities on the basis of the applicable legal obligations.
  • Protecting the website and preventing abuse or fraud: we may process technical data and security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, defending legal claims, and preventing unlawful use, while always balancing your rights.
  • Analysing use of the website: we only use non-essential analytics cookies or similar technologies when you have given consent. You may change or withdraw this choice through the cookie manager.

We will not use contact-form data for advertising or add it to a marketing list without requesting separate, specific consent.

4. Which data is required?

Your name, email address, message, and acceptance of the privacy information are required in the contact form. Without them, we cannot handle or reply to your enquiry. The subject field is optional.

When making a purchase, fields marked as required are needed to enter into and fulfil the order. If you do not provide them, we will be unable to complete the purchase or delivery.

5. How long do we keep the data?

  • Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to answer and follow them up and, at most, for twelve months after closure, unless they must be retained to address potential liabilities.
  • Account data is retained while the account remains active. When deletion is requested, it will be erased or restricted, except for data that must be retained under a legal obligation.
  • Documents relating to orders, invoices, and transactions are retained for the applicable tax, accounting, and commercial-law periods. As a general rule, Spanish commercial records must be retained for six years, without prejudice to special periods or retention required in connection with legal claims.
  • Security logs are retained only for as long as necessary to detect, investigate, and document incidents.
  • Cookie lifetimes are stated in the Cookie Policy and the consent manager.

When the data is no longer needed, it will be erased or access to it will be restricted solely for the periods during which legal liabilities may arise.

6. Who receives the data?

We do not sell personal data. We only disclose it when necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation:

  • to financial institutions and the Redsys gateway to authorise and manage payments;
  • to the selected carrier, including Nacex where applicable, to prepare and deliver the shipment and handle delivery incidents;
  • to public authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other organisations when required by law;
  • to advisers or other professionals when necessary to comply with obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We also use providers that may access data while supplying services to us, including web hosting and backups, email, technical maintenance, security, billing, analytics, and online-store management. These providers act as processors under our instructions and subject to the required contractual safeguards.

7. Are there international data transfers?

Some technology providers, particularly analytics or cloud-service providers that are only activated where appropriate, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we require a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any necessary supplementary safeguards. The Cookie Policy identifies the third-party technologies used in the browser.

8. What rights do you have?

Where applicable, you may request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, email info@olisfores.com and state which right you wish to exercise. Where necessary to verify your identity and prevent another person from accessing your data, we may ask for proportionate additional information.

If you believe that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

10. Security and accuracy

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access, or disclosure. Nevertheless, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Please keep your data up to date and do not include particularly sensitive information in the form unless it is necessary for us to handle your enquiry.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing activities, services, or the law change. We will publish the current version on this page and state its last-updated date.
